Fine Tuning Auto LLC is owned and operated by Norm Peterson. Norm has been an amateur radio op
erator
since 1956 and taught
electronics/communication in the U.S. Navy. Norm is married to Julie and
they have two children which they home school. Norm enjoys playing the
guitar, viola violin, and mandolin in several worship services in the area.
Fine Tuning Auto is actively involved in several "car care" ministries and one
food delivery ministry. The food ministry is every first Saturday of the
month at Grace Baptist Church in Grantsburg. It is called "Feed My Sheep".
This food ministry is open to anyone and currently operates on a $10 donation to
cover truck costs.
The car care ministry is every third Saturday of the month also through Grace
Baptist Church. It is called "Grace Garage". We serve anyone with
incomes at or below the $11/hour guideline. We perform inspections, oil
changes, and primarily safety issue repairs from 8am to noon
while the recipients are given a short course on budgeting and encouragement to
examine a close relationship with Christ. This is followed by a fellowship meal
with the mechanics who worked on their vehicles.
